Monthly Meeting Minutes for the June 7, 2006 Meeting:
The meeting was called to order at 8:15 A.M. by Bob Donahoe, Vice-Chair
Members:
Present were Vice-Chair Bob Donahoe, Mike Kain, and Bernadette Burgess.
Absent with permission were Chair Ron Rencurrel, Don Ouellette, Dave Maynard
Representative the Town Selectmen (on one present)
Minutes of the May meeting were approved.
Old Business
Bob Donahoe reported on the preparations for the Tour de Trail scheduled for July 9th. This is the First Annual Nauset Rotary Club event. Bob presented the proposed rides and asked for volunteers to help lead the scheduled rides. Also, Bob asked for committee members to ride in the Orleans 4th of July parade. The Orleans 4th of July parade is a key effort by the Nauset Rotary Club to market this new fund raising event.

The next meeting will be July Wednesday, July 5th at 8:15 A.M.
